Ceramics was first an escape from my screen-heavy work day. I was seeking an outlet that would slow me down, let me work with my hands, and allow me to decompress. Now, I am a studio artist at Rat City Studios in White Center. My work is primarily wheel thrown, though I will occasionally hand-build items as well. My primary interest is in functional ceramics.

As my work is all hand made, there may be some subtle variations from piece to piece.

In addition to ceramics, I love the outdoors. You'll find me hiking, backpacking, foraging, climbing, or skiing on the weekends!
